Roll up your sleeves and come build with us!
I’m excited to be joining Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings’ Women Build Day in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory as a Build Leader & Tool Instructor.
Women Build is an opportunity for women to come together, learn hands-on building skills and help build a Habitat home — no previous construction or tool experience required.
Throughout the day, I’ll be working alongside the Habitat build team to help with tool demonstrations, guide participants through their tasks, and help everyone work safely and confidently.
If you’ve ever wanted the chance to pick up some tools, learn by doing and contribute to something pretty incredible at the same time, this is your opportunity!
Want to join us?
Participants commit to raising a minimum of $100 in support of Habitat for Humanity to take part in the build.
Registration is through Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings.
